1. Your Right to Withdraw (EU/EEA)

Under EU consumer law (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You may use the model withdrawal form if we provide one, but it is not obligatory.

2. How to Exercise Your Right

You may use the model withdrawal form if we provide one, but it is not obligatory. We will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of your withdrawal without undue delay.

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

4. Returning the Goods

You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from the contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The goods must be returned in their original condition, unopened and sealed where possible. We recommend using a trackable delivery service when returning goods.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods sealed for health or hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery
  • Goods that have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery
  • Perishable goods

If you have requested that we begin the supply of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportional to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from the contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

6. Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, you have rights under applicable consumer law. Please contact us immediately with details and, where possible, photos of the defect or damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

7. Refund Method

We will make the refund using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned goods.

8. Non-EU Customers
